Here we are again. Another monday in this place, the place being college. No escape from it. This semester is my last stand against all of this, and we are coming down to the end. Time sinks abound. Time is not a real thing anymore. It only exists to mock me in the early morning hours. Sitting in my alarm clock, mocking me. It knows what is happening. That event happens every two to three days when the hammer is about to come down. Assignments due. Never ending stream of assignments. Can I stop them? No. Regardless they come running after me. They want my blood and/or sanity. Eat it like cereal. One big bowl of sanity, slowly becoming soggy in milk. Teams self-destructing into other teams hell bent on destroying the fiber that holds my mind together. All this to face down and only a few weeks left with which to do so. Some kind of unreal soul furnace. This place wants to tear your soul out and add it to the pile, while some caricature of a 19th century furnace attendant shovels them into the flames. The horror. The horror.
